Subdivision & Site Development

Working with developers and builders, Armadillo have delivered a number of residential development projects in Tauranga.

The Lynley Park & Waterview Estate project provided earthworks, pump stations, stormwater module system as well as water, wastewater and stormwater services to over 100 homes.

The Fairview Estate subdivision saw our team provide all water services as well as roading and earthworks to 32 homes.

We regularly design, install, and monitor well pointing systems for clients such as Mobil, Gull, BP, Tauranga Airport, Tauranga City Council, leading civil contractors, and private developers.

Water Reticulation

Armadillo Civil are an approved and experienced contractor for all private council connections, including water, wastewater, and stormwater.

Whether it’s installing a backflow prevention device for a pool, connecting into council infrastructure, installing RPZ and double-check backflow devices, or fire safety connections – our team is approved to install all things water.

Traffic Management

Armadillo Civil offers a complete traffic management service to support our projects.

We design our own TMPs, set up and monitor our sites, and manage every aspect of traffic management in-house. This makes us a one-stop shop from start to finish, giving clients confidence in safe, efficient delivery.
